How we make great returns on your investment
Great Pacific MIC funds are designed for private mortgage lending in Canada. Our fund directors find qualified borrowers in a ‘niche’ mortgage market who may be finding traditional mortgage lending is not getting them the results they need.
Our team of experienced brokers work with these borrowers to find a lending solution. The mortgage funds are generally loaned at a higher interest rate but on a short term basis, usually not longer than one year.
