How we make great returns on your investment
Great Pacific MIC funds are designed for private mortgage lending in Canada. Our fund directors find qualified borrowers in a ‘niche’ mortgage market who may be finding traditional mortgage lending is not getting them the results they need.
Our team of experienced brokers work with these borrowers to find a lending solution. The mortgage funds are generally loaned at a higher interest rate but on a short term basis, usually not longer than one year.
The result for investors is a great return on their investment.
Private Mortgage Placement
Great Pacific works with private lenders who are looking for direct investment in private mortgages.
Rather than investing through one of our MIC funds, Private Mortgage Placements allow individual investors to loan mortgage funds directly to a borrower.
