Michael has been a mortgage broker for Great Pacific for 5 years. He has a Masters Degree of Business Administration in Finance from the University of British Columbia and is licensed under the Mortgage Brokers Act as a sub-mortgage broker.
He has over 20 years experience in arranging and underwriting mortgage financing from both institutional lenders and pooled mortgage investment funds.
Michael’s areas of expertise include residential mortgage financing, construction mortgage financing, mortgages for investment properties, commercial properties and industrial properties, second mortgage equity financing from pooled mortgage investment funds and from private investors and mortgage financing from pooled mortgage investment funds and from private investors for existing assets such as single family houses, apartment buildings and commercial income properties.
